We don't bill insurance directly, which keeps pricing simple and your care private.
HSA & FSA
Because your care is prescribed by a licensed clinician, it is generally an eligible medical expense under HSA and FSA rules. Many patients pay with their HSA or FSA card at checkout. Eligibility is decided by your plan administrator, so check with them if you are unsure about your account. If your administrator needs a Letter of Medical Necessity, your clinician can provide one after your first visit, when applicable.
Insurance reimbursement
After your first Zoom visit we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) to send to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Common codes include 99204 (initial consult) and 99214 (follow-up medication management). Coverage depends on your plan.
Refunds
If your clinician decides treatment isn't a safe or appropriate fit, you get a full refund.
Therapist-supported care
Therapy isn’t included in your ketamine plan. You work with your therapist directly, and they bill you for their sessions. Rates vary by therapist.
